Mince the bell peppers, anchovy paste, garlic, onion, tomato sauce, and gradually add the olive oil
Add salt, oregano, black pepper, and sardines
Blend again
Pour into a pan, combine with olive oil, and simmer over low heat
When the olive oil starts to rise to the surface, it's ready
Serve as an appetizer and accompany with bread or crackers
