Preheat the oven hot (400°F)
Grease a baking dish well with butter
Beat the beef cutlets
Season with garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste
Dip the beef cutlets in the beaten egg and then coat them well with breadcrumb, making sure they are fully coated
Place on the baking dish
Bake for about 15 minutes
Flip the beef cutlets and bake for another 15 minutes
Serve immediately.
