1 package of lasagna pasta, pre-cooked
500g of shredded chicken breast
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
1 kg of peeled and seeded tomato, diced
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of dried parsley, chopped
250g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
Salt, black pepper, and grated cheese to taste

Sauté the onion and garlic in butter
Add the tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes over low heat
Add the baking soda and season with salt, black pepper, and parsley
Assemble the lasagna
In a greased baking dish, create layers of tomato sauce, pasta, chicken, and mozzarella cheese
Finish with a layer of mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 15 minutes or until it starts to bubble
Sprinkle grated cheese and serve immediately.
