2 tablespoons (sop) of light mayonnaise
1 small grated carrot
Salt and parsley to taste

In a shallow dish, mix the tuna with the mayonnaise
Add the grated carrot and season with salt and parsley
Place some bread on each sandwich and assemble the sandwiches.
