Cut the chicken breast into small pieces with a sharp knife's tip
Mix the remaining ingredients until they form a consistency suitable for shaping burgers, adding more biscuit flour if necessary
Shape the burgers using a round cookie cutter
Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap for two hours
Heat a non-stick grill or pan with a little oil and cook the burgers on both sides over low heat to ensure they're cooked through.
