For the duck
1 duck
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of vinegar

1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 bunch of chopped cilantro
1/2 cup of olive oil
To taste, cinnamon and salt

Prepare the duck
Step 1: Sear the duck with garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, and vinegar
Step 3, bring a pot of water (enough to cover the duck pieces) to a boil at high heat
Add the seared duck and cover the pot
Let it cook for 30-50 minutes
When the duck is ready, pour the coconut milk glaze over it
Prepare the glaze
Sear the onion with salt and cumin
Add tomato paste, coconut milk, and a splash of water
Stir well until boiling.
