Mix well
Roll out to a rectangle shape of 35 x 20 cm on aluminum foil
Gently mix the mashed potatoes with the hard-boiled eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, and scallions
Season to taste
Spread over the beef
Roll up like a roulade, starting from the narrower side
Refrigerate for at least one day
Cut into 6 slices
Place in a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for 25-30 minutes

Heat over low heat and serve with the rolls
