Beat all the ingredients except for the flour in a blender for 5 minutes, twice
Pour into a bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing well
It should have a sticky consistency
Melt butter or margarine and sprinkle with flour
Divide two round cake molds (24 cm) in half and fill them
Remove one tablespoon of dough and place it in a cup with water
Cover the cakes and let them rise
When the dough rises, bake in a moderate oven (150°C) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown
Poke with a toothpick; if not clean, leave for a little longer
Serve the cake with butter, jelly, cheese, or your preferred accompaniment
Makes 2 cakes.
