180 g of red bell pepper in conserve
120 g of thinly sliced prosciutto
120 g of thinly sliced Gruyère cheese

Cut the ciabatta loaf in half and remove the interior
Brush a grill with olive oil and grill the zucchinis
Season with salt and black pepper
Fill each half of the ciabatta with layers of red bell pepper, zucchini, prosciutto, and Gruyère cheese
Close the ciabatta and refrigerate until serving.
