Mix all the ingredients together to get a smooth dough
This is, a dough that won't stick to your hands and won't fall apart
Let it rest for half an hour
Take this opportunity to wash the baking sheet and put it back in its place
Roll out the dough with a pasta roller and cut into rectangles
Place the rectangles onto a greased baking sheet (that means you spread a little bit of butter or margarine on the baking sheet)
Leave a little space between the rectangles, as they will grow in the oven
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt
Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown
