Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Toast the bread for about 10 minutes
In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over low heat
Add the garlic and cook until golden brown
Add the tomato and season with salt
Stir quickly and remove from heat
Remove the bread from the oven and top it with the tomato mixture
Use a fork to spread the topping evenly, avoiding the liquid that may have released from the tomatoes
Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and Parmesan cheese
Serve.
