Thaw the pastry dough
Chop 1/2 cup of artichoke hearts or palm heart
Cut the ham and cheese into strips and mix with the artichoke hearts or palm heart
Dust a smooth surface with a little wheat flour
Roll out the pastry to a rectangle of 10 x 7 cm (2 mm thick)
Cut it in half lengthwise
Place a mound of filling in the middle and roll up like a bombon
(Place on a wet baking dish.) Mix the egg with milk and brush the 'bombons'
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes
Remove immediately from the baking dish
Serves 4 to 6 people.
