    "Soak 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin in cold water (a quarter cup). Let it rest for about 5 minutes to soften. Add a quarter cup of boiling water and mix until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Combine 4 tablespoons of lime juice and 2 tablespoons of grated lime zest. Mix well. Refrigerate and let it set until it has the consistency of egg whites without beating. Use a mixer, beat the gelatin mixture until it becomes foamy. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and then carefully mix in the gelatin. Add to taste a non-caloric sweetener. Divide into 8 individual servings and refrigerate until serving time. Serve cold. Approximately 14 calories per serving, distributed as: proteins, 3g; carbohydrates, 0.7g; no fats."
