Sear the cod with oil and butter
Let it cook slowly in a covered pan
In part, make a white sauce with milk, butter, and flour
Remove the cod from the heat and add the yolks one by one, mixing well
Add the beaten whites
Add the white sauce and raisins
Season to taste and pour into a greased mold
Bake in a hot oven
Sear the shrimp with butter and 2 medium onions, diced
Fry the shrimp heads separately, with salt and pepper
Add it to the sautéed mixture
Dissolve the cornstarch in milk and add it to the shrimp
Cook, stirring until thickened
Add the ketchup and let it cook for a few more minutes
Unmold the pudding and pour the camarão sauce on top
Serve very hot.
