Prepare the dough: in a large bowl, place the flour and make a hole in the center
Add 1/2 cup of water and gradually pour it in, leaving the flour to fall and mixing until a smooth and homogeneous dough forms
Make a ball and let it rest for 30 minutes, covered with a clean cloth
While that's happening, prepare the filling: mix all the ingredients together and set aside
Divide the dough into three equal parts
Roll out each part thinly with a rolling pin on a floured surface
Cut into circles of 8 cm in diameter and place the filling in the center
Fold it like an envelope
In the top of a special steaming pan, with boiling water, place the piezas on top
Steam them for 20 minutes
Serve with soy sauce
Makes about 40 units.
