Unroll the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 3-inch squares
In a large bowl, combine the salami and cheese
Fill each square with about 1 tablespoon of this mixture
Fold the pastry to form a triangle, pressing the edges together with your fingers to seal
Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat and fry the puffs, a few at a time, until golden brown
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Serve hot with mustard
