Tuna and corn
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can of solid tuna
1 diced tomato
1/2 cup of green corn
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
Salt to taste

In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until it's translucent
Add the tuna, diced tomato, corn, and wheat flour and season with salt
Let it cook until it thickens (approximately five minutes), stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
