4 slices of bacon, cut in half widthwise (80 g)

Season the chicken with salt
Alternate ingredients on skewers in the following order: a piece of chicken, a slice of carrot, a piece of chicken wrapped in prosciutto, an olive, a chicken roll wrapped in bacon, carrot and chicken
Grill over medium heat for about 8 minutes
Flip, brush with white wine or orange juice, and let cook for another 7 minutes.
