Corn Husk-Covered Bacon-Wrapped Corn Cob

    Rinse each corn husk, leaving it attached at one end. Remove any silk from the corn and wrap slices of smoked bacon around each ear. Cover the ears with the corn husk again, pressing firmly. Grill or barbecue for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender. Remove the husks from the corn and return to the grill until the bacon is crispy.
