1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent
Add the ground beef and parsley, mixing until the meat loses its red color
Add the tomato broth dissolved in hot water and season with salt if necessary. Reserve
Prepare a baking dish by lining it with greased parchment paper, then place the metal skewers on it
Divide the meat into two parts and distribute one part among the four skewers
Press down gently with a spoon and place an egg white on each one
Spread chopped parsley and press again with the spoon
Place banana slices and a bit more parsley and complete with the remaining half of the ground beef
Drizzle with the remaining egg white and bake in the oven
Once the egg white is set, remove from the oven and unmold onto plates
If desired, serve with a little mustard.
