700g lasagna dough
400g ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup white sauce
Salt, black pepper, and grated cheese to taste

Cook the lasagna dough and drain
Saute the olive oil with butter, onion, garlic, and tomato puree
Add the ground beef and cook
Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and nutmeg
Spread the mixture into each piece of dough, roll it like a roulade, and place in a baking dish
Cover with the sauces and cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
