2 large onions peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 red pepper sliced
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 piece of fresh ginger grated (3 cm approximately)
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup whole milk
Salt and black pepper to taste

Salt and black pepper to taste
Add the flour, yeast, ginger, onion, garlic, oil, milk, salt, and black pepper to a blender
Blend until a homogeneous batter forms
Transfer to a bowl, add the chopped green pepper, and mix with a spoon
Arrange the sliced red peppers in the bottom of a greased and floured baking dish. Reserve
Season the onions with salt and black pepper and place them on top of the red peppers
Pour the batter over the onions and bake in a medium oven
Serve warm or cold.
