Dough
1 packet of fresh yeast for bread
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 cup of warm milk
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
1 cup of cooked and mashed potato
2 cups of wheat flour
Oil for frying
Filling
1 chopped onion
2 diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 can of tuna in olive oil
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
150g of shredded mozzarella
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dough

Dough: dissolve the yeast with sugar and milk
Add the remaining ingredients and knead well
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Make the filling: sauté the onion and tomatoes in olive oil
Add the tuna, parsley, and cook until excess liquid is absorbed
Add the mozzarella and season with salt and black pepper
Let it cool down
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut 20cm diameter disks
Spread a portion of the filling over each piece of dough and close by pressing the edges tightly with a fork
Fry in hot oil until golden brown and drain on paper towels
Serve immediately.
