1 tablespoon of chopped onion
1 1/2 slices of grated cheese (30g)
1 medium tomato
chopped parsley

Toast a slice of bread, both sides lightly toasted
Spread mustard on one side
Top with sausage slices
Chop the pickled cucumber and add it to the sausage with chopped onion
Add a slice of grated cheese on top
Bake in a hot oven, preheated, for 5 minutes
Garnish with tomato and parsley.
