First, wash and peel the yams
Then, place them in a pressure cooker with water for 20 minutes
Let it cool down and mash well
Add the eggs and salt, mixing until a homogeneous mass forms
Add bread crumbs to give shape
Filling
Sauté the onion in hot oil until golden
Add the tomato, cut into cubes, tomato extract, ground meat, salt, and a little water

Shape the fritters and fry them in hot oil until golden.
