Remove the bones and skin
Fry it in butter or olive oil with 1 chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of parsley, 1 tablespoon of ground cumin, and a pinch of pepper
Add the cooked sweet potatoes mashed with milk and butter
Add the well-beaten eggs and peas
Grease a mold with butter
Add the codfish and sweet potato mixture
Bake it in the oven
