1/2 cup of cassava flour

Soak the beans in water for 2 hours
Place them in a pressure cooker with water at the 4-finger mark
Cook for 20 minutes
Drain and reserve
In a frying pan, fry the bacon until golden brown
Remove from the pan with a skimmer and reserve

Sauté the garlic and onion in the remaining fat
Add the beans, bacon, and black pepper
Mix well
Add the cassava flour slowly, stirring constantly
Decorate with chopped green scallion and pimienta.
