Cut the sausage into slices with a thickness of 1.5cm

Beat the eggs with milk until smooth
Season with salt

Grease the refrigerator with one tablespoon of olive oil
Soak the
slices of sausage in the egg mixture and arrange them in the refrigerator
Brush with a tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with a little oregano
Repeat the operation by adding two more layers
Heat the oven to moderate temperature

Top the roll with mozzarella cheese and salami mixed together
Sprinkle with oregano and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese melts.
