Dough
1 kg of wheat flour
2 egg yolks
3 tablets of margarine (300 g)
1 beaten egg (for brushing)
Filling
1 large can of chopped palm heart
1 can of drained corn
1 diced tomato, seeds removed
1 medium-diced onion
1 cup (chopped) of parsley
Oil
Olive oil to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
To Assemble
Roll out the dough slightly in each mold. Add the filling, cover with dough and brush with egg. Bake in a preheated medium oven.

Combine all ingredients and mix well
Filling
Sauté the onion in hot oil until golden brown
Add the tomato, palm heart, corn, and seasonings
Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat
Drizzle with olive oil.
