Place the gelatin in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of cold water
Put the bowl in a pot with hot water, let it sit until the gelatin dissolves
Peel the hard-boiled egg
Drain the corn and peas, carrots, and mushrooms well
Cut the ham into small cubes
Dissolve the tablet in 1/2 liter of boiling water
Add the dissolved gelatin
Place a thin layer of this mixture at the bottom of a shallow rectangular mold
Refrigerate until firm
Slice the egg into rounds and arrange them in a line over the firm gelatin, add enough gelatin to cover the egg
Refrigerate again
Mix the carrots and peas with mushrooms and place it over the firm gelatin
Cover with the remaining gelatin
Refrigerate again
After firm, unmold and garnish with cucumber slices.
