Combine the strawberry ice cream, spicy ketchup, mustard, and ground cloves in a pan, mixing well
Thread the sausages onto skewers and brush them evenly with the glaze mixture
Place the skewers on a baking sheet and put them in a hot oven (220°C) for 20 minutes, brushing frequently until they're nicely browned
Alternatively, grill the skewers over medium heat
Serve 4 to 6 sausage skewers.
