1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika
1/2 cup of water
4 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of wheat flour
4 eggs

1 slice of Italian bread, toasted
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 small Anaheim pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of olive oil
Salt to taste

Soak the codfish and drain it
Remove the skin, bones, and flake it
Reserve it
Pass the potatoes and turkey breast through a ricer
Combine the codfish, parsley, garlic, black pepper, and paprika
Season with salt and paprika
Reserve it
Heat the water, butter, and salt to a simmer
When the butter has melted, add the flour in one go and mix well
Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture forms a ball at the bottom of the pan
Transfer to a blender and add the eggs, one at a time
Blend after each addition
Remove from the blender and add the codfish
Shape into balls with 2 spoons and fry in hot oil
Sauce: soak the bread in a little water
Add to a blender and add the remaining ingredients, except for olive oil
Blend well and slowly pour in the olive oil while blending
Serve with warm fritters.
