Season the fillets with salt and lime juice and let marinate for 20 minutes
Achieve an oven temperature of 350°F
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the fillets side by side
Cover them with onion rings and capers
Distribute the passion fruit juice with seeds on top
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes
Remove the foil and let it rest for another 15 minutes
