Chocolate Frozen Cake with Whipped Cream ("Frozen Chocolate Cake")

    Cut the frozen chocolate cake or pão-de-ló into rectangles that fit in a ice box. Line the box with wax paper. Layer a whipped heavy cream and another layer of cake on top. Let it freeze for 8 hours. Take it out of the box, remove the paper, and top it with whipped heavy cream. Serve whole and cut into slices at the table.
