Boil the eggs for 15 minutes, peel them, and reserve
Cut the potatoes into wedges and boil them in boiling water until they're al dente, or slightly firm
Drain and reserve
Chop the cabbage leaves with your hands and reserve
Cut the onion bunches in half and cook them like the potatoes, until they're al dente
In a large pot, combine the potatoes and cod
Spread the cabbage and onions and drizzle with olive oil and vinegar
Top with cooked egg slices and add water to taste
Simmer over low heat for approximately 20 minutes or until the cod is cooked
Serve with banana slices
