250 ml of coconut milk
3 tablespoons of dendê oil

Heat the olive oil in a clay pot and sauté the garlic until golden
After that, season the cod fillets with salt and pepper
Add the onion, tomato, and bell pepper on top
Pour in the coconut milk and dendê oil, sprinkle with salt and cumin, then cover the pot
Let it cook until very tender.
