Place the entire octopus in a pressure cooker and cover it with water
Bring to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes
Remove the pressure cooker from under running water and open it
The octopus should be tender

Drain and cut the octopus into pieces, diagonally
Place them on a plate and season with sweet paprika and spicy paprika
Add olive oil and coarse salt
Serve the dish accompanied by slices of bread.
