7 mini pizzas (175g)
7 tablespoons of tomato sauce (140g)
3 garlic cloves
1 can of drained shrimp (170g)
salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tablespoon of parsley or chives, chopped
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Wash the garlic cloves and chop them
Cut into slices
Simmer with water, salt, and garlic for a few minutes
Drain and rinse in cold water
Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce over each mini pizza
Top with garlic slices, shrimp, or both
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and parsley or chives
Finish with grated Parmesan cheese
Refrigerate until ready to bake
When desired, place the mini pizzas on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until warm
