Season the chicken with salt and black pepper
Place 4 small onions at the bottom of a clay pot (paçara)
Spread one-third of the tomato, 1 clove of garlic, and a little bit of pork fat
Add the chicken pieces and the remaining ingredients
Cover and bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 1 hour and 30 minutes
Check if the chicken is cooked, remove the lid and continue baking for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Serve with rice and fried potatoes.
