3 tablespoons of lime juice
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of oil
1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish or mustard
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1 avocado, cut into small pieces or cubes
500g of crab meat
For garnish
Some lettuce leaves
Yellow pepper, sliced or to taste
3 tablespoons of lime juice

Place the lime juice, water, oil, prepared horseradish, garlic, and salt in a blender
Blend well
Arrange the avocado and crab on a plate
Garnish with lettuce and yellow pepper
Pour the dressing over and mix gently
Serve 6 portions
Note: Avocado can be replaced with honeydew melon.
