1 kg of mignon or ribeye steak cut into steaks
0.5 kg of peeled and seeded tomatoes
0.25 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of chopped parsley
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tbsp of finely chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp of olive oil
4-6 slices of mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven
Arrange the steaks on a 25 x 15 x 5 cm baking sheet
Mash the tomatoes and spread them over the steaks
Sprinkle with oregano, parsley, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and olive oil
Bake until the meat is cooked through
Cover the steaks with mozzarella cheese and bake until the cheese melts
Serve 6 portions.
