In a blender, beat the olive oil, eggs, milk, and Parmesan cheese
Mix together the flour and yeast
In a 22cm diameter cake pan with a removable bottom, place half of the dough, distribute the tomato slices, green olives, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and mortadela, then cover with the remaining dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
