Dough
1 packet of active dry yeast for cake
1/2 cup (chopped) of sugar
1/2 cup (US standard) of orange juice, lukewarm
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
2 large eggs
3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour approximately
1 cup of orange glaze
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons of water
Cinnamon to taste
Dough

Dough
Dissolve the yeast in sugar and lukewarm orange juice
Add the softened butter, beaten eggs, and sifted flour until a dough forms
Check the proofing time
The dough should be firm but still slightly soft
Cover with a cloth and let it rest until it has doubled in volume
Assembly:
Open the dough, brush with orange glaze, and shape into a cake
Let it rise for another 30 minutes
Brush with egg yolk dissolved in water and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes
Dust the surface of the cake with cinnamon when removing from the oven
Let it rest for five minutes before serving.
