With the cutter, cut the puff pastry
In a non-stick pan, heat the oil lightly and fry the circular pieces of dough until golden brown
Place on paper towels to remove excess grease
Soften the goat cheese in a water bath
On each circle of dough, place a portion of goat cheese and cover with another circle
Dust with the sugar-cinnamon mixture and serve
Tip: You can substitute goat cheese with caramel.
