Directions

Mix the yolks with the sugar and orange zest

Mix well

Mix the chocolate with the milk and whisk well

Add, along with the orange juice and melted butter, the yolk mixture, gradually, beating well

Add the whites in a snowy manner

Pour into a refractory mold that has been greased and bake in a water bath for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean

Don't unmold and serve with whipped cream, if desired
