1 cup of strawberries
2 tablespoons (or more) of culinary emulsifier
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 kiwi
Pre-made tart shell, for serving
For the frozen yogurt
30 grams of plain non-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons (or more) of skim milk
1 envelope of emulsifier
1 cup of strawberries
2 tablespoons (or more) of culinary emulsifier

For the frozen yogurt
30 grams of plain non-fat yogurt

For the sauce
Blend together the strawberries, emulsifier, and lemon juice in a blender
Cook over low heat, stirring for 5 minutes
For the frozen yogurt
Mix all the ingredients well and place it in the freezer until it reaches a creamy consistency
Assembly
Fill the tart shell with the frozen yogurt
Place the warm strawberry sauce at the bottom of a plate and garnish with kiwi slices cut into half-moon shapes.
