1/2 cup of butter or margarine
3/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of honey
1 cup of all-purpose flour
3/4 cup of finely chopped pecans

Beat the butter or margarine with the vanilla extract
Add the honey and beat well
Gradually add the flour to this mixture, mixing very well
Add the pecans and mix until they're evenly distributed
Form balls and flatten them slightly with a spoon, place on an ungreased baking sheet with a 1/2 inch space between each biscuit
Bake in a moderate oven for 12-15 minutes
Let cool for 2-3 minutes before removing from the baking sheet
Dust with powdered sugar and let cool.
