In a blender, beat the gelatin with boiling water until well dissolved
Add the yogurt, ice cubes, and vanilla extract and blend until it forms a thick cream
Add the heavy cream and sugar and blend just until the mixture becomes homogeneous
Distribute among six popsicle molds and place in the freezer for about 15 minutes
