2 tablespoons (sopa) of butter
2 cups (chá) of all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (chá) of fresh strawberries
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon (sopa) of active dry yeast
1 cup (chá) of milk
1 small cup of strawberry gelatin
White chocolate for decorating

Beat the butter, egg yolks, and all-purpose flour well
Add the eggs and beat some more
Combine the flour, yeast, and salt sifted together and alternate with warm milk
Fold in the strawberries and mix slowly
Pour into a removable-bottom pan greased and floured and bake in a medium oven
Unmold when warm and spread strawberry gelatin on top
Place melted white chocolate in a piping bag and decorate the edges.
