Rattlesnake Cassava Flour

2 cans of condensed milk
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
Decoration
1 cup (chalice) of grated coconut
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate
3 tablespoons of marshmallow (see recipe on page 9)

Food Coloring Red and Black
Mix the ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a ball at the bottom of the pan
Pour into a large plate and dampened with cold water
Let cool completely
Divide the dough into 60 portions and shape each piece into a truffle-like form using greased hands
Decoration: roll the truffles in grated coconut mixed with melted chocolate
Cut off ears and tail on black cardboard and attach them to the truffle's body
Make eyes and nose with marshmallow and paint the nose and eyes with food coloring
